Episode 02: The Joy of Hiring in India
In this episode we take a look at the highs and lows of hiring people in India. India maybe full of engineering talent but, it’s not that easy finding the gems. We provide several tips that can make the hiring process much more smoother and efficient. Such as, conducting pre-interviews and using an HR agency.
We would really like to hear your comments on how you find quality talent and retain them. Also, if you have any funny incidents you would like to share with us…we are all ears.

We can totally understand what you are saying, in fact while sifting through resumes and talking with candidates we come across the most absurd reasons why people did not turn up for their interview.
Planning to compile a series of #interviewexcuses sure to provide good laugh and also insight into the recruitment process here.
